Construction at Elyse Buckhead has reached an important point in the development of Kolter Urban’s 20-story luxury condominium tower on West Paces Ferry Road. In the latest construction video, Development Executive Chris Bryant takes viewers behind the scenes to explain recent milestones, reveal the extraordinary scale of the building’s amenity spaces and outline what comes next.

From Foundations to Vertical Structure

“Since our last report, deep foundations have officially wrapped up, the final slab on grade was poured earlier this week, and our second tower crane mobilized to help support activities with the parking garage footprint. With earthwork mainly in the rearview, the focus shifts to structure,” explains Chris Bryant, Development Executive.

As the slab-on-grade sections reach the appropriate structural conditions, crews are advancing into scaffolding and formwork for the second-floor slab.

The Scale of Level One Comes Into View

Bryant notes, “Now that most of the first-floor columns are poured, it really illustrates the grand scale and overall footprint of the building. Level One will serve as the first impression for most, featuring more than 20,000 square feet of indoor amenity space.”

Level One will introduce an extensive collection of private residential amenities, including a sophisticated arrival lobby with valet service, club room, private dining and bar spaces, a dedicated work-from-home environment with individual offices, a private screening room with tiered seating, and comprehensive fitness and spa facilities.

A Double-Height Fitness Space Begins to Emerge

One of the clearest examples of the building’s architectural scale is visible in the future fitness room featured in the construction video. While the finished amenities remain ahead, the structural work already offers a sense of the volume and architectural proportions that will distinguish these spaces.

What’s Next for Elyse Buckhead Construction

As construction progresses through the lower levels, crews will continue forming and pouring the building’s structural floors. Upon reaching Level Five, work is expected to transition to the typical residential floor plates, establishing a more consistent construction sequence as the tower rises. Vertical construction is anticipated to continue through fall 2027, with completion of Elyse Buckhead anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2028.
